Satisfaction Guarantee...If your service does not meet your expectations for any reason, return within 14 days. While we cannot give cash refunds, we will perform any service necessary to resolve the problem to your satisfaction at no cost to you. Please note, however, that chemical services will be guaranteed ONLY when products recommended by salon specialists and purchased at our salon are used for the care of your hair.

Gift Certificates...Gift Certificates are available in any dollar amount and are redeemable for services or products. Gift Certificates are good from one year from date of purchase and are not redeemable for cash.

Cancellation Policy...When we schedule an appointment, that time is set aside especially for you. If you need to change or cancel a scheduled appointment, please give a minimum of 24 hours notice for rescheduling.

Late Arrival...Please try to arrive a few minutes ahead of schedule. If you arrive late and there is a service booked after your appointment time, your service will end at the schedule time. We want you to receive all the time and attention you seserve, but we have to consider others' schedules as well.

Payment...We accept checks, debit cards, Visa, and Mastercard. We regret that gratuities cannot be added to credit card payments. Gift Certificates may be purchased by phone with credit card.

Electronic Devices...Realizing that emergencies and important matters may require these contacts, we ask that if you bring a cell phone or pager that it is placed on vibrate mode.

Children...In an effort for us to maintain a relaxing atmosphere, and for visitors to fully relax and enjoy their stay with us, please make childcare arrangements prior to your scheduled appointment. The management and your fellow patrons thank you for your cooperation.
